Happy Pi Day!
Today's wod has a similar format to last Wednesday's, but with different movements. The handstand push-ups or variation, and weight on the deadlift should be something you know for a fact you can do unbroken every time. The C2B pull-ups or variation, are meant to be completed in no more than 2 sets. The number, weight, and variation of all these movements can be modified in order to hit the correct stimulus. We're looking to complete each round in :45 to :50 in order to get 10 to 15 seconds rest before the next round begins. Your coach will help you with any needed modifications.
