The CFL beep test is a great test of your conditioning. It's also a wicked test of mental toughness, as it is very easy to give up on this workout mentally before your body actually reaches failure. Basically, this is a test of 'Whatcha-got?'"

You are allocated one minute per round to complete all reps. Your score is the number of rounds you are able to successfully complete.

Scaled: 5 reps per movement
Beep Test

Score Type:: Rounds and Reps

EMOM for as long as possible:
7 Thrusters (75/55)
7 Pullups
7 Burpees)

Record total number of times you completed all reps within the minute.
